I grew up as an athlete kid, but something changed in my life. I played sports my entire childhood.  Like many americans my weight gain came from inner stress and turmoil.  I quickly began to put on the pounds and before I knew it I had gained 100 pounds.  Although I started losing weight before I learned about hypnosis, I used hypnosis to help maintain my weight.

Obesity is at an all-time high as one of the leading causes of illness and death in this country. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 64 percent of Americans are overweight or obese, resulting in 300,000 preventable deaths each year.

Most cases of overweight are quite simply caused by overeating rather than genetic or medical reasons. Most emotional overeating is caused by inner turmoil: stress, loneliness, boredom, anxiety, sexual frustration, anger, unresolved trauma, etc.
